Yuri is a charming young man. He can flirt and tease with others easily, but will reel it back if he's sensed that it's touched a nerve. Guy's got a soft spot for kids or people in need, and in truth gives a metric ton of fucks about those he considers "his people", but doesn't like to make a big show of it. He can be crude and sharp-tongued when angered, but he knows to hold that back until an opportune moment.
